  • How can I create my resume?

    To create your resume in Happiest Resume, you have to at first login(register, if new) into our website.

        1. You will see your Dashboard at first and at bottom you will see create Resume Button.
        2. On clicking the button you will reach Resume Section.
        3. You will have option to upload your resume or skip (if you do not have any resume).
        4. Then you will have to choose the templates to continue.
        5. After that upload your photo or choose dummy photo.
        5. Finally a form will open where you can fill your detail in form (that will reflect on right side) and see the live preview of your resume directly in your editor.

  • How can I apply for Job?

    When you have completed your resume over 60% then in Jobs Section, you will see all jobs that are relevant to your profile.

    When you will find appropiate job for you, Click on Apply Button. A Side Modal will open containing Job Description and a Apply Form.

    Fill out the Apply Form and click Submit. A success message will be displayed.

  • How can I match my Resume with the JD I am applying for?

    To match your resume with the JD you have to buy our Happiest Resume Subscription, then only after you will be able to match your resume.

    Click on Analyze Section, A button indicating to upload JD. Once JD has been uploaded, it will be matched against your resume.

        And after some minutes a table format data containing Missing and Matching words, skills, tools will be shown. You can use that data to enhance your CV / Resume

  • What should I do if my payment failed?

    Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    Since purchasing the Happiest Resume subscription is one time payment and non-refundable. If you have bought a subscription for Happiest Resume Plus, you will get lifetime access to all features of Happiest Resume Plus User.

  • How can I apply for refund?

    If you have bought our subscription and do not wish to use it onwards, you can contact at +91 9429420761 for refund, if and only if following conditions are met: -

        1. You are contacting us at the same day or withing 24hours of purchasing subscription.
        2. You have not used any of our premium subscription feature till the time of contacting.
        3. You agree to share your credentials with us for further enquiry.

  • After how many days, my payment amount will be refunded?

    If you are eligible for Refund (see above) then your payment amount will be refunded in around 3-5 business working days.

    Amount will be only refunded when we have verified all the above mentioned terms.

  • When will my product/subscription will be delivered/applied?

    Your subscription will be delivered/applied at the same time your payment for subscription goes successfull
    If by any chance your subscription payment delays or we were unable to verify your payment, It will take around 2-3 working days to activate your subscription.

  • What if my subscription plan is not activated after payment?

    We will suggest you to please wait for 2-3 working days to activate your subscription. It may take us some time to verify your payment.
