Job Description:

Customer Support Executive
As
a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and
support to customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction for all

customers.

Roles & Responsibilitie
s:
1) Strong written and verbal communication skills.

2)
Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, Social Media and
Ticketing tools.

3)
Address and resolve complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and
retention.

4) Ability to test new processes and make quick
decisions in a fast-paced environment.
5) Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or senior manager.

6)
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service
strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Any Graduate.

Experience as 2+ years in Customer Support.

Excellent Verbal, written communication skills.

Should have knowledge of social media & MS Office.
