Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, managing 80% recruitment activities and 20% operational tasks.
* Post job openings on portals and social media, screen resumes, source profiles, and schedule interviews.
* Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers for subsequent rounds.
* Negotiate salaries, finalize candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding, including the issuance of offer and appointment letters.
* Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as offer letters, experience letters, and increment letters.
* Manage monthly MIS reporting and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring processes.
* Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, enhancing workplace culture and motivation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements, maintaining open communication channels.
* Administer payroll coordination and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
* Conduct exit interviews, manage exit formalities, and collect valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills: * Exceptional communication and email drafting skills.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Zoom.
