Roles and Responsibilities 1. Program Development and Management: - Design, implement, and manage institute programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop program objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. - Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements. 2. Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with faculty, staff, industry partners, and participants to ensure program relevance and success. - Act as the primary point of contact for program inquiries and communication. 3. Event Coordination: - Organize and oversee events, workshops, and seminars related to the program. - Manage logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination. 4. Budget and Resource Management: - Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability. - Oversee the allocation of resources and optimize operational efficiency.
