Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding presence in modern trade pharmacies by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong partnerships.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding 

presence in modern trade pharmacies by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new modern trade pharmacies.
• Promote product portfolio and ensure optimal visibility in retail outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy staff and decision-makers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Track sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the Pharma, FMCG, or Cosmetics industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:

• Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance: ₹250/day.
