A field recruiter's job is to find potential candidates for a company, and to help ensure that the company's hiring goals are met. They may also represent the company at job fairs and trade shows. 

Responsibilities 

·         Recruiting: Attract candidates through social media, professional networks, and other channels

·         Screening: Review resumes and applications, and screen candidates

·         Interviewing: Conduct interviews with applicants

·         Negotiating: Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates

·         Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies

·         Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and colleges

·         Job fairs: Represent the company at job fairs and trade shows

·         Hiring goals: Work with the HR office to refine hiring goals

·         Job postings: Maintain job postings on career pages and other employment websites

·         Offer letters: Create offer letters

·         Travel: Coordinate candidate interviews and travel, and manage related expenses

Field recruiters may also identify new resources to drive candidate identification and attraction.
