Position: Sales Executive

Experience: Min  1 year in field Sales

Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of the products/services.
    • Tailor presentations to specific client needs and provide compelling reasons to buy.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
    • Monitor sales performance and work closely with the Sales Manager to implement strategies for growth.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to stay ahead in the market.
    • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports for management, including sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
    • Share insights and collaborate with other sales team members to drive growth and improve sales strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales:

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close sales.
    • Handle objections and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.
  • Qualifications:

    • Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred)
    • Experience:

      • Freshers or [X] years of experience in sales or a related field (depending on the role’s requirements).
    • Skills & Competencies:

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
      • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
      • Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Ability to handle rejections and turn them into opportunities.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
