Develop and execute a
comprehensive strategyfor setting up
and scaling the mutual fund distribution business.
Setandachievenationaltargetsforrevenue,AUM(AssetsUnder Management), and
client acquisition.
2.TeamLeadership:
Recruit,train, andlead ahigh-performing team of regionalheads,relationship managers, and sales professionals.
Ability to recruit, mentor, and
lead large sales and distribution teams across multiple regions, ensuring high
performance and productivity.
