Accounts Manager / Intern CA

 Exp.- 6+ yrs 

Location – Malad, Mumbai 

What you will do: 

1. Ensure timely booking of accounting entries in system (Income, Expenses, Bank Payments & Receipts, and Journal Entries). 

2. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures. 

3. Assist in finalization of accounts and statutory audits. 

4. Assist in preparation of budgets and variance analysis on monthly basis. 

5. Perform ledger scrutiny, variance analysis & reconciliations (GL, Vendor, customer, bank etc.)

 6. Ensure accurate accounting of provisions, accruals, and adjustments. 

7. Responsible for TDS Calculation and payment on a monthly basis & filing of returns. 

8. Responsible for GST Calculation and filing of GSTR1 & 3B return on time. Reconciliation of 2A and books.

 9. Responsible for Regulatory reporting of NHB/RBI. 

10. Responsible for Preparing and submitting different kind of MIS to management.
