Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, industry events, etc.).
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects. Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
Sales Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track progress against sales goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and support.
Qualifications:
Education: 12th / Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industry Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills. Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel (if required). Strong organizational and time management skills.
