Job Description:

Manpower Planning and Recruitment

  • Evaluation of manpower requirements, Manpower planning including recruitment at various levels and managing induction.
  • Interact with external recruitment agencies and Naukri to source suitable candidates for vacant positions.
  • Screening and short-listing of profiles, Conducting Interviews / tests.
  • Verification of records/referral checks & Completing of joining formalities.
  • Issue Offer letters / Appointment Orders & maintain personal records.

Contract Manpower Handling and VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Contract attendance Tracking, Salary process, interview and on boarding process
  • Monthly bill process and statutory compliance and Shop floor grievance handling
  • Monthly vendors bill fallow-up, payment, and verification

Orientation / Induction:

  • Organizing and conducting of induction & Orientation programmers.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and wages, Opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Maintain statutory compliance’s under various Laws. i.e. PF (ECR), ESI, PT, Bonus, LWF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act , Factories Act, ITDS.
  • Timely submission of Monthly/Half-yearly &Annual Returns.
  • Ensure compliance of all workplace local laws, Acts and regulations.

Welfare Activities:

  • Resolve labour issues/Employee grievances to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize get-together, picnics, based on festive & national holidays to motivate employees and to ensure fun at workplace.
  • Conduct fun activities, events, sports & games on various occasions and functions involving employee families.

 

General HR Activities:

 

  • Ensure properly Maintain of all HR Records and employee personal files/records.
  • Oversee/attending complete day-to-day HR activities.
  • Issue of Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, Transfer and Termination letters.
  • Oversee leave administrations, Maintain leave records and also maintain & process accrued leave balance of all the employees.
  • Prepare Manpower Budgets, variable pay statements, bonus statements and Privilege leave encashment details.
  • Ensure & co-ordinate in opening individual bank account for salary transfer.
  • Responsible for generation & submission of HR MIS – periodical reports.

Grievance Handling & Employee Relation:

  • Handling of all types of employee grievances during the working hours.
  • Providing necessary guidance and solve the issues. In case of serious issue, taking the help of our seniors.
  • Employee Rewards and Recognition.
  • Conducting one to one counseling & mentoring sessions with the employees as and when required.

 

Admin responsibilities:

 

  • Security agreements, contractors agreement
  • Monitor Canteen, Security and Housekeeping activities.
  • Monitor shift arrangement, transportation, travel arrangement.
  • Coordinating with contractors for supply of contract workers on daily basis.
  • Preparing Manpower report on daily basis.
  • Checking and processing of vendor/supplier/ contractors bills on monthly basis after checking the statutory payments.
  • Taking care of welfare activities like providing uniforms, shoes, medical facilities, conducting annual health checkups etc.
  • Providing Medical insurance cover under company’s medical insurance policy.
  • Conduct Safety committee & Canteen committee meeting at the plant and implemented various requirements and suggestions.

 

Relieving Formalities:

 

  • Issue the No Due Certificates, Conduct exit Interviews and analyze & interpret the outcome to ascertain reasons for attrition and for improving the existing systems.
  • Oversee relieving formalities and preparation of full and final settlement.
  • Issue of relieving orders & experience letters.
