Roles & Responsibilities: 

● Site Supervision: Maintain a daily onsite presence to oversee fabrication, installation, and construction work. 

● Quality Control: Verify that materials, finishes, and construction methods adhere to design standards and specifications. 

● Progress Monitoring: Track daily progress, document site activities, and submit biweekly reports with photographic evidence. 

● Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, fabricators, and local partners to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow. 

● Reporting: Provide daily site updates, maintain RFI logs, and escalate any design discrepancies to the Senior Architect. 

● Full-time onsite presence required at the project site in Patna. 

● Coordination with the Gurgaon team for technical and design guidance.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

 Desirable Qualities: 

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. 

● Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. 

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
