● Ensure materials meet specified standards before entering the production line. ● Monitor hygiene, storage conditions, and handling of raw materials. ● Verify batch documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). ● Online product testing of raw material checks before issuance to production. ● Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Online Inspections and relevant food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP) during all processes. ● Inspect pre-mixing, blending, and ingredient formulation processes. ● Perform routine laboratory tests on ingredients before and after processing. ● Ensure compliance with nutritional and microbiological standards. ● Identify deviations and take corrective/preventive actions. ● Work closely with the R&D team to optimize formulations. ● Identify and implement improvements in pre-process, during and post process quality control. ● Train production staff on quality and hygiene best practices. ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production and R&D to address any quality-related issues or concerns. ● Communicate test results, observations, and recommendations effectively to relevant stakeholders, both verbally and in written reports. ● Conduction sensory evaluation of finished product.
