Key Responsibilities:

 1. Raw Material (RM) Quality Management: o Oversee the quality control of all incoming raw materials, ensuring they meet the required specifications. o Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure material compliance. o Work closely with suppliers to resolve any quality issues and ensure continuous improvement. o Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure raw materials meet industry and company standards.

 2. Packaging Material (PM) Quality Management: o Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. o Monitor and inspect packaging materials for defects and discrepancies. o Work with packaging suppliers to ensure consistent quality and address any quality concerns. 

3. Process Control & Improvement: o Identify areas for quality improvements in the procurement and handling of raw and packaging materials. o Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure materials are processed in line with quality standards. o Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve any qualityrelated issues.

 4. Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of material quality tests, inspections, and audits. o Prepare detailed reports on material quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions. o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

 Qualifications: 

 B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology. 

 5+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, specifically with raw and packaging materials.

  Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.) and material testing methods. 

 Experience in managing supplier quality, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance. 

 Proficient in quality management tools, ERP systems, and documentation processes.
