About Vizara Technologies: Vizara is a technology start-up founded by entrepreneurs holding PhDs from IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur and MIT, offering knowledge-based solutions with Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and 3D printing technologies in various domains such as heritage preservation, tourism, education, entertainment, infrastructure, new media, and smart city governance. We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect who will be stationed onsite to supervise fabrication, construction, and installation work. The role involves daily site monitoring, coordination with contractors, and ensuring quality control and design compliance as per project scope. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Site Supervision: Maintain a daily onsite presence to oversee fabrication, installation, and construction work. ● Quality Control: Verify that materials, finishes, and construction methods adhere to design standards and specifications. ● Progress Monitoring: Track daily progress, document site activities, and submit biweekly reports with photographic evidence. ● Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, fabricators, and local partners to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow. ● Reporting: Provide daily site updates, maintain RFI logs, and escalate any design discrepancies to the Senior Architect. ● Full-time onsite presence required at the project site in Patna. ● Coordination with the Gurgaon team for technical and design guidance. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Desirable Qualities: ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. ● Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
