Marketing & Sales: - Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets - Achieving conversion and admissions targets - Managing team of counselors & executives - Planning and executing local level marketing activities - Ensuring installments collection is on time - Timely reporting to Area Manager Academics & Operations: - Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets - Managing team of academic co-ordinator / executive - Achieving strong customer word of mouth - Interacting with and motivating faculties. - Interacting with students and parents. - Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise
