About the Job As a Retention Marketing Executive, you will work to improve retention of TWT customers on the brand website, and convert them into lifelong fans! Reach them at the right place and the right time, and never let their pantry run dry for The Whole Truth products. Key Responsibilities ● Own Loyalty Program on The Whole Truth website. ● Own execution and performance of remarketing campaigns via Emails, WhatsApp, etc. that improves customer lifetime value and brings back lapsed customers. ● Setup automated retargeting journeys using marketing automation tools like Insider to drive higher retention. ● Executing on-site experiments and campaigns to boost conversion rates and reduce abandonment across the purchasing funnel. ● Drive growth & engagement through conceptualising great design and copy across all remarketing channels. Skills and Competencies Must have ● Prior experience of working on a CRM/Marketing automation tool like Insider, Klaviyo, Clevertap or Webengage. ● Proficiency with MS Excel & Google Sheets. ● Ability to craft own creatives and copy (especially short form copy). Good to have ● Hand on experience with Google Analytics and D2C backends like Shopify / Woocommerce / Wordpress, etc. ● An experimental mindset, know the basics of AB testing. ● Experience in working with a fast-growing D2C/e-commerce firm.
