Skills and Competencies Must have ● Prior experience of working on a CRM/Marketing automation tool like Insider, Klaviyo, Clevertap or Webengage. ● Proficiency with MS Excel & Google Sheets. ● Ability to craft own creatives and copy (especially short form copy). Good to have ● Hand on experience with Google Analytics and D2C backends like Shopify / Woocommerce / Wordpress, etc. ● An experimental mindset, know the basics of AB testing. ● Experience in working with a fast-growing D2C/e-commerce firm
