Job Description:

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase technical advantages and solutions.

  • Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to closing deals and post-sales support.

  • Technical Consultation and Support:

    • Provide pre-sales technical support by understanding the customer’s needs and proposing the most appropriate clean tech solutions.

    • Assist customers with technical queries related to product specifications, system integration, and operation.

    • Conduct product and system training for customers, ensuring proper understanding and use of the products.

    • Coordinate with the engineering team to design tailored solutions, ensuring optimal product performance and client satisfaction.

    Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure technical feasibility and product customization as per customer needs.

    • Provide feedback to the product team on customer requirements and market demands to improve product offerings.

    Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and market demands within the clean technology sector.

    • Provide insights and recommendations for positioning Sparkle Clean Tech’s products in the market.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Address any post-sales issues, ensuring that clients receive the support they need.

    • Work with the customer support team to resolve any technical or product-related concerns.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using the company’s CRM system.

    • Report on sales targets, performance, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

    • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, forecasting, and any challenges encountered.
