Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee and manage the construction process of real estate and commercial buildings,

ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

 Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations,

quality standards, and building codes.

 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications

and designs are followed accurately.

 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and present to senior

management.

 Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site and provide timely solutions to minimize project

delays.

 Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.

Skills & Knowledge:

 In-depth knowledge of real estate and commercial building development processes.

 Experience with project management, construction scheduling, and budgeting.

 Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

 Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
