The Executive
Assistant (EA) to the Sales Head will provide high-level administrative,
operational, and strategic support. The role requires a proactive professional
with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
manage multiple priorities efficiently. The EA will act as a bridge between the
Sales Head and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of
sales strategies, coordination of meetings, and seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Support
Assist the Sales Head in
executing sales strategies, tracking performance, and analyzing sales
reports.
Prepare sales presentations,
business proposals, and performance review documents.
Conduct market research and
competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Track and follow up on key
sales initiatives and action plans.
2. Calendar & Task Management
Manage the Sales Head’s
schedule, ensuring efficient time allocation for meetings, reviews, and
client interactions.
Prioritize tasks and ensure
timely completion of important deliverables.
Organize and coordinate
sales team meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between the
Sales Head and internal teams, clients, and business partners.
Draft emails, reports, and
executive briefs for internal and external communication.
Handle correspondence and
ensure seamless flow of information across departments.
4. Sales Operations & Coordination
Maintain sales records,
dashboards, and CRM reports to track performance metrics.
Assist in managing sales
pipelines, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Work closely with finance
and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
Monitor and report on sales
targets, achievements, and deviations.
5. Travel & Event Management
Plan and manage domestic and
international travel arrangements for the Sales Head.
Organize client meetings,
conferences, and networking events.
Ensure all logistics,
documentation, and travel-related expenses are handled efficiently.
6. Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle confidential business
information with discretion.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, sales processes, and data security protocols.
Support sales governance,
ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard procedures.
Key Requirements
1. Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience as an
Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Business Support role.
Strong understanding of sales
operations, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational,
multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal
communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
2. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Certification in Sales
Management, CRM, or Business Analytics is a plus.
