About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Fundraising Executive – CSR to lead initiatives aimed at

generating funds and fostering long-term donor relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong

networking skills, a strategic mindset, and a heart for community development.

Key Responsibilities:

 Fundraising Strategy:

Design and execute result-oriented fundraising strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

 Donor Engagement:

Identify, connect, and nurture relationships with individual donors, corporates, and institutional

supporters.

 Grant & Proposal Management:

Research potential funding opportunities and draft compelling grant proposals to secure funds from

government bodies, NGOs, and other donors.

 Campaigns & Events:

Plan, organize, and manage fundraising events and awareness campaigns to promote the cause and

raise contributions.

 Community & Stakeholder Outreach:

Build strong partnerships with local communities, leaders, and key stakeholders to support

grassroots-level fundraising.

 Monitoring & Reporting:

Maintain up-to-date records of fundraising activities and provide timely reports and insights to the

senior management.

 Compliance & Ethics:

Ensure all fundraising activities are compliant with legal guidelines and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields.

 Minimum 4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, sales, or marketing roles.

 Familiarity with fundraising tools, grant writing, and donor databases.

 Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

 Understanding of local languages and culture of East Uttar Pradesh will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

 Excellent negotiation, networking, and persuasion skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and proposal documentation.

 Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.

 Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
