We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our team and assist our clients in their trading journey. Job Description: As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless trading experience and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Responsibilities:  Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.  Assist clients with account opening, verification, and maintenance processes, and trading-related queries.  Provide guidance on trading platforms, products, and services.  Resolve client issues, discrepancies, and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.  Collaborate with other departments, including IT, Compliance and Operations, to ensure a smooth client experience.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  Collect feedback from clients and report trends and issues to the management team for process improvement.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.  Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance your skills. Work experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience in the investment, banking, or financial services sector is preferred. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.  Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).  Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
 Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.  Knowledge of financial markets, trading, and broking platforms is preferred.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (knowledge of trading platforms is a plus).  Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings.
