Experience Required: 3 to 4 years Industry: Real Estate / Architecture / Construction Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: DSS Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential project design and coordination. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing precise architectural drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate project execution. Roles and Responsibilities:  Prepare detailed Architectural Working Drawings for residential projects.  Create and coordinate BMC (Building Proposal) Drawings as per local regulations.  Integrate and coordinate Structural Drawings with architectural plans.  Collaborate on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Drawings for accuracy and compatibility.  Review and incorporate Vendor Shop Drawings into overall project documentation.  Develop high-quality Presentation Drawings for internal and client reviews.  Conduct Area Calculations in line with project requirements and regulatory norms.  Work closely with the design team, consultants, and site teams for effective project coordination. Requirements:  Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.  3 to 4 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in residential construction.  Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools; knowledge of Revit is a plus.  Familiarity with Mumbai BMC regulations and submission procedures.  Strong understanding of structural, MEP coordination, and drawing standards.  Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
