• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to analyze hiring performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Oversee and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive hiring practices.

• Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team (if applicable).

• Ensure hiring processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
