As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end procurement of marine equipment, spare parts, and consumables as per project and vessel requirements.

 Identify and develop vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

 Prepare purchase orders, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

 Coordinate with technical, operations, and accounts teams for requirement planning and budgeting.

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

 Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement.

 Follow up on deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor performance.

 Stay updated with market trends, cost changes, and vendor capabilities, especially in marine procurement.

Candidate Requirements:

 Graduate in any discipline. (Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred)

 4–7 years of experience in procurement or purchase, preferably in the shipping, marine, or offshore industry.

 Strong knowledge of marine equipment, consumables, and vendor networks.

 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other procurement platforms).

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
