Job Summary:

Neeru’s is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in recruitment and payroll management within the retail industry. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant HR experience, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all retail and corporate positions.

 Source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently to meet staffing needs.

 Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.

 Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

 Manage performance appraisals and support managers in performance management.

 Address employee grievances and ensure workplace discipline.

 Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

 Assist in HR policy implementation and HR process improvement.

 Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives
