Job Summary:
The Administrative HR Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative and human
resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, policy
development, benefits administration, and office management. The role requires strong leadership,
organizational, and interpersonal skills to create a productive and supportive work environment.

Skills Required
1. Bachelor's degree / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
Role and Responsibilities
 Excellent Organizational and multiskilling abilities.
 Experience of Admin and Facility management
 Develop strategies for administrative functions and implement them to run effective services Control,
supervise and price negotiation with vendors.
 Effective interaction and communication with department heads, union team and all stake holders for
managing the services.
 Management of vendors for the Admin services including performance monitoring and statutory
requirements, Auditing quarterly.
 Documentation related to licenses to be maintain..
 Heading Office Management and Security
 Leading the Office Admin and Housekeeping
 Managing leaves, conduct and plan weekly assessments of the admin team
 CCTV camera management and monitoring
 Monthly safety checks and upgradations accordingly
