JD - Jewelry Sales Executive

Position : Sales Executive 

Males and Females Both can Apply

salary - 25k to 35k 

Mohali and Chandigarh Location 

Roles in Jewellery and Diamond Sales :

1. Store Operations : Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and secure.

Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs.

Handle POS systems and daily cash reconciliation.

Adhere to security procedures to prevent theft or loss.

2.Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Record client preferences and past purchases in CRM systems.

Follow up with clients for feedback, events, or promotions.

3. After-Sales Support

Assist with resizing, repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Manage warranty or certification documentation.
Coordinate with workshops or suppliers for custom orders.

4. Reporting & Targets

Meet individual and team sales targets.

Report daily/weekly sales figures to management.

Assist with monthly stock audits and discrepancy reports.

5. Training & Development (senior roles)
Train junior staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Coach team on customer handling and objection resolution.
