Job Title: Assistant Manager – Accounts
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Accounts/Finance specialization preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Net Take Home per Month)
Age Criteria: 25 to 32 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and MIS reports.
• Manage invoicing, payments, accounts receivables, and accounts payables.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify and reconcile accounting discrepancies.
• Support both internal and external audits with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure timely and systematic bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and support the improvement of financial processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors on financial matters.
• Uphold data accuracy, financial integrity, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable Indian accounting standards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational capability.
• Basic understanding of audit procedures is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com (Accounts or Finance specialization preferred)
• Work Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Age Criteria: 25 to 32 years
