Job Description Role: Inside Sales - Academic Counselor Department: Admissions Location: South Extension 2, Delhi Work Mode: 100% Work from Office About the Opportunity: We are seeking passionate and driven individuals for the role of Inside Sales - Academic Counselor at our South Extension 2, Delhi office. This position involves counseling prospective students about our Digital Marketing Courses and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role is suited for candidates with 1–8 years of experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the EdTech sector. Openings are available at Junior Associate, Associate, and Senior Associate levels. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Assist students with inquiries related to digital marketing courses Provide in-depth guidance to students and their parents both in-person and over the phone Mentoring & Leadership (for senior levels): Mentor junior counselors (Associate & Senior Associate levels) Take ownership of additional leadership responsibilities as needed Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets Track conversion rates and maintain performance records Use CRM systems and automation tools for lead management and reporting Additional Responsibilities: Support with assigned tasks and contribute to team-wide goals as directed by senior management Requirements: Experience: 1–8 years of work experience in sales, counseling, or related fields Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities Effective at closing deals and converting leads Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Sales-driven mindset with an eye for data and performance metrics Traits: Motivated, committed, and reliable A good listener with a trustworthy attitude Must be currently based in Delhi Performance Expectations (KPIs): Achieve weekly/monthly admissions targets Drive referral-based enrollments Re-engage and convert lost or inactive leads Consistently improve sales conversion ratios
