Key Responsibilities:

• ·         Deliver Packages: Safely transport packages to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 
• ·         Load and Unload: Carefully load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle. 
• ·         Adhere to Routes and Schedules: Follow designated routes and delivery schedules provided by the company or supervisor. 
• ·         Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• ·         Payment Collection: Collect payments for deliveries when required. 
• ·         Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the delivery vehicle. 
• ·         Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. 
• ·         Communication: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any issues. 
• ·         Problem Solving: Address any problems or issues that may arise during deliveries, such as lost packages or incorrect addresses.
