Conduct cold calls, field visits, and participate in promotional events to generate leads.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

4. Product Promotion and Cross-Selling
Promote and explain CASA products (such as premium accounts, overdraft facilities, etc.).
Cross-sell related banking products like debit cards, credit cards, insurance, and loan services.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per bank and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Follow RBI and internal compliance guidelines for account opening.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Gather feedback from customers to recommend improvements in products or services.
