Key Responsibilities  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.  Coordinate between suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers.  Monitor and manage stock levels regularly.  Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service from vendors.  Process payments and invoices on time.  Develop and implement an effective purchasing strategy.  Maintain contract files for future reference.  Forecast price trends and assess their impact on operations.  Prepare reports and statistical data using relevant software.  Ensure suppliers are aligned with company objectives.  Plan and strategize for sourcing, capacity, and supply network.  Conduct raw material/packaging material supply planning.  Manage production planning and scheduling for plant locations.  Coordinate execution of supply plans across procurement, packaging, logistics, and production.  Evaluate vendor capabilities via site visits and performance tracking.  Monitor vendor performance for timely, cost-effective delivery.  Implement tools for improved tracking, reporting, and inventory management. Desired Candidate Profile  Experience:1–2 years in purchase/supply chain/logistics in FMCG.  Qualification: Any graduate. Degree or diploma in Purchase Management is a plus.  Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Vendor Management.  Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada  Must be proficient in using the Zoho app (Purchase module – Inward/Outward).  Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  Must be from the FMCG industry.  Should reside near Attibele or be willing to relocate.  Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period: Maximum 1 week).
