Key Responsibilities:

 Dispatch Coordination: 

Coordinate the dispatch of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories to dealerships, customers, and service centers.

 Liaise with transport providers to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring all shipments are on time and cost-effective.

 Order Management: 

Maintain an up-to-date record of orders, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 

Ensure timely dispatch of orders and follow up with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules.

 Inventory Management: 

Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for dispatch, minimizing delays due to stock-outs.

Work closely with the warehouse and supply chain teams to manage the flow of goods.

 Documentation & Compliance: 

Prepare and verify all shipping documents, such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists. 

Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations, customs documentation (if applicable), and company policies.
