1. Production Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on the sales forecast and dispatch plan.
• Ensure alignment of production activities with sales orders and market demand.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to adjust plans based on order fluctuations.

2. Resource Management

• Efficiently manage manpower, materials, machines, and methods to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, HR, and stores for smooth functioning of shifts.
• Monitor downtime and plan resources accordingly to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

3. SAP System Utilization

• Create and track production orders, material requisitions, and confirmations using SAP (PP/MM modules).
• Ensure real-time data entry of production metrics, material consumption, and wastage.
• Generate and analyze production reports from SAP to drive decision-making and identify improvement areas.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure production is carried out as per GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support QA team in product validations, sampling, and complaint investigations.
• Adhere to FSSAI and internal compliance protocols.
