Identify and pursue sales opportunities in Railways, PSUs, and other Government sectors. Drive end-to-end business development efforts, from lead generation to closure. Prepare, draft, and submit high-quality RFQ/RFP responses for Government and PSU tenders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Railways and Government bodies. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions. Monitor tender portals and proactively track upcoming projects or procurement opportunities. Ensure compliance with tender/bid requirements and timelines. Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
