JD : Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical challenges resulting from injury, illness, aging, or disability. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on care, and guide rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring optimal physical function and preventing future injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments to evaluate physical condition, movement disorders, and functional limitations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy.

• Provide patient education on posture correction, home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention.

• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Assist in developing and promoting wellness programs to prevent injury recurrence and support long-term health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Clinical Skills:

• Manual therapy and joint mobilization techniques

• Exercise therapy and rehabilitation planning

• Electrotherapy application and pain management strategies

• Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication and active listening

• Empathy and patient-centered care approach

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in maintaining clinical documentation and reports

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution

• Registration with relevant physiotherapy board or council (as per local regulations)
