Qualifications: · Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated achievements in modern trade sales, ideally within the food/FMCG sector. · Relationship Master: Excels at building and nurturing strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. · Negotiation Pro: Skilled negotiator capable of securing win-win agreements. · Data-Driven: Analysis sales data to uncover insights and inform strategy. · Communication Ace: Articulates ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. · Strategic & Adaptable: Identifies opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Performance Indicators: · Revenue Growth New Partner Acquisition Partner Satisfaction Sales Forecast Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4- 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on modern trade.
