Key Responsibilities:

 Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Ensure proper execution of trade marketing activities and promotions.

 Maintain accurate records of sales and market feedback.

 Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements:

 Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.

 Strong knowledge of the Delhi market and its distribution network.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated and target-oriented.

 Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
