Key
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Design Review:
- Analyze and review architectural and structural
designs for feasibility.
- Provide inputs to optimize design for cost, quality,
and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and
design teams.
- Site Execution:
- Supervise all civil construction activities on-site
for residential buildings (e.g., villas, apartments).
- Monitor site work to ensure it aligns with project
drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage construction schedules, contractor work, and
labor deployment.
- Quality Assurance & Control:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at the site.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence
to specifications.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
for timely delivery and execution.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence
to contracts and SLAs.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain site logs, progress reports, BOQs, and
billing documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly project reports for management.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local building codes,
environmental laws, and safety regulations.
- Support documentation for approvals and permits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
- 3–7 years of experience in residential construction or
real estate projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and
legal regulations
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other
construction software
- Strong leadership and project management skills
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience in working with reputed residential real
estate developers
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Strong understanding of structural design, MEP
coordination, and finishing work
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices
