Account Management:
Manage and grow a portfolio of major client accounts or financial accounts; act as the main point of contact for client escalations or strategic financial planning.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients or stakeholders; identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or improve financial performance.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and supervise junior account managers or accountants; provide guidance on best practices and professional development.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement account strategies that align with company goals; assist in setting revenue or budget targets.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and financial data; analyze trends to recommend actionable improvements.
