Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and reach out to societies interested in redevelopment opportunities.
 Assist in the preparation of documentation, proposals, and presentations for redevelopment projects.
 Follow up with clients and societies to ensure timely responses and smooth coordination.
 Work with internal teams to ensure proper coordination during vacating and possession handovers.
 Support project teams in handling on-ground requirements and resolving issues as they arise.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with society members, clients, and other stakeholders.
 Demonstrate keen interest and understanding of the real estate and redevelopment sectors.
Skills & Qualifications:
 A minimum of 1+ year of experience in business development, real estate, or project coordination.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
 Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
 Knowledge of redevelopment projects and related processes is a plus.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 A passion for real estate, redevelopment, and project management.
Education:
 Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (preferably related to real estate or
business development).
