Key Responsibilities

Needs to have experience in handling receipts and issues of engineering items including raw materials, consumable, instruments etc.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              Good Knowledge of accepted stores practices for data entry of receipts and dispatches.         
                                                                                                                                                                                                               Knwoledge of data entry in ERP system required.        
                                                                                                                                                                                                               Daily Operations: Open and close store; maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with health, safety, and security standards
                                                                                                                                                                                                                Sales & Profitability: Implement sales strategies, monitor performance, forecast trends, and manage budgets to meet targets
                                                                                                                                                                                                         Inventory Management: Track stock levels, organize inventory, place orders, perform audits, and minimize shrinkage through timely replenishment .
                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Team Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, evaluate staff; maintain performance standards and a positive work environment 
                                                                                                                                                                                                              Customer Engagement: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, enforce CRM practices, and drive customer satisfaction .

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, place orders, manage deliveries, and ensure stock accuracy.
                                                                                                                                                                                                             Reporting & Analysis: Generate and interpret sales and inventory reports to identify growth opportunities
