Over the last 18+ years, 18,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges in India and Abroad. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has 25 centers in Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore & Lucknow with plans to open new centers in other cities in the near future. We are a 32 year old educational group with 2 other educational divisions running successfully across India.

Position - Center Manager / Asst. Center Manager

Reporting To - Area Manager 

Work Locations - Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad 

Years of Experience - Minimum 2-3 Years. Can be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates

Qualification - Any Graduate 

Shift / Work Timings - Day Shift. 11.30 to 8.00pm. Sunday Working. Any other day, weekly off 

Gender Preference - Nil

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Excellent English Communication Skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers.  Analytical Skills & Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets/ Docs  Team Management skills  Target Oriented  Interest in customer service  Interest in the education field - Interest in mentoring

Responsibilities

Achieving strong customer word of mouth Interacting with and motivating faculties. Interacting with students and parents. Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise. Academics & Operations: Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets Achieving conversion and admissions targets Managing team of counselors & executives Planning and executing local level marketing activities Ensuring installments collection is on time Timely reporting to Area Manager
