Draft, review, and manage various agreements, contracts, and MoUs.  Handle legal notices, responses, and documentation in coordination with legal counsel.  Maintain proper records of legal cases, court dates, and communication with advocates.  Assist in property matters, lease agreements, and compliance-related activities.  Liaise with government departments, law firms, and regulatory bodies.  Draft (In Hindi & English), review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDA and other legal documents.
