 Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in building a strong employer brand. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and job specifications. 

 Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career pages. 

 Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job fairs, etc.).

  Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

  Conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

  Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all candidate records are updated.

  Provide timely communication to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. 

 Generate recruitment reports and metrics for internal use. 

 Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  Proven experience (1-3 years) as a recruiter, preferably in an in-house HR team or recruitment agency. 

 Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software. 

 Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and job platforms.

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines. 

 High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

 Preferred Qualifications: 

 Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., ITI, Fire, etc.]. 

 HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  Familiarity with labor laws and employment standards.
