Industry: Real Estate Location: Gurgoan Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Rotational Week Off Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive Model Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our channel partner network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with new and existing partners in the real estate domain. Key Responsibilities:  Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance sales performance.  Monitor partner activities and provide performance analysis, feedback, and necessary support

.  Align channel strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams.  Provide ongoing training and resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to promote and sell our offerings effectively.  Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Graduate in any discipline.

  Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or channel management.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
