Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and creating effective sales plans.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for upper management, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
