🎯 Role Overview
As the Personal Assistant to the CFO, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring efficient office operations while directly contributing to strategic financial functions. This role blends traditional PA responsibilities with specialized finance-facing tasks, offering a dynamic and impactful opportunity within a leading infrastructure and manufacturing company.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Email Management
Manage the CFO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate daily schedules.
Screen emails and communications; flag and escalate critical items.
2. Meeting Support
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Travel & Logistics
Plan domestic/international travel, accommodation, and transport in alignment with corporate policies.
4. Correspondence & Documentation
Draft, edit, and file professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Prepare and maintain confidential financial documentation.
5. Expense & Budget Oversight
Track, reconcile, and report on CFO-level expenses.
Process invoices and manage budget documentation.
6. Research & Reporting
Conduct market research or business analysis as required.
Prepare summaries, reports, and PowerPoint presentations using financial data.
7. Liaison Role
Act as a communication bridge between the CFO and internal teams or external partners.
Represent the CFO in meetings or communications when needed.
8. Office Administration
Oversee digital and physical filing systems and maintain confidential records.
Manage office supply inventory and general administrative support for finance
operations.
9. Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle all tasks with utmost confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
Experience:
3–7 years in a Personal/Executive Assistant role supporting senior finance professionals.
Industry experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
o Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Familiarity with financial software (a plus)
o High degree of discretion and professionalism
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
